Valentine's Day Sound Bath

Start your Valentine's night off with a special Sound Bath Experience with Cynthia Bernard, Founder of ATX Yoga Girl. Connect with yourself or a loved one with an immersive sound experience “bathing” in the vibrations emitted from Crystal Quartz, Tibetan bowls, chimes and various instruments. An invitation to listen and receive while surrounded by the current video exhibition, Superflora, from Courtney Egan. You will be sitting or lying down. Bring a mat or blanket. Class will take place in the UMLAUF's indoor gallery space.
